We process only personal data that are necessary, in particular, for:

You may opt out of receiving satisfaction surveys at any time:

by adjusting your settings during the ordering process,
members of the FARE FAMILY CLUB loyalty program also directly in their customer profile.

5. FARE FAMILY CLUB Loyalty Program

If you join the FARE FAMILY CLUB (FFC) loyalty program, we also process your personal data for the purpose of ensuring your participation in this program, in particular for:

managing the customer account,
recording reward points and membership level,
providing club benefits.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be disclosed only to verified partners involved in:

delivery of goods,
payment processing,
technical operation of the e-shop,
customer satisfaction evaluation.

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not transfer them for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU.

7. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data:

for the period necessary to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations,
for the duration of the legitimate interest,
for data processed on the basis of consent until such consent is withdrawn.

After the relevant period expires, personal data are securely deleted.

access your personal data,
rectification or erasure of personal data,
restriction of processing,
object to processing,
data portability,
withdraw your consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your personal data are being processed in violation of applicable legal regulations.

By submitting an order or registering a customer account, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

The controller is entitled to update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on the company’s website.
