Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

FARE FAMILY CLUB (FFC)

FARE FAMILY CLUB is a loyalty program intended for customers of the www.fare.cz e-shop, offering reward points, discounts and other benefits when purchasing FARE brand footwear.

1. Introductory Provisions

1. These terms govern the rules of participation, earning points and using the benefits of the FARE FAMILY CLUB program.
2. The program is governed by the valid General Terms and Conditions of FARE, spol. s r.o.

2. Membership Creation and Duration

1. A member of the program may be a natural person over 18 years of age who:
   1. registers at www.fare.cz,
   2. agrees to these terms and conditions,
   3. agrees to the Privacy Policy,
   4. agrees to the Operator’s General Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership is established upon registration and is free of charge.
3. Membership is non-transferable and is linked to a specific customer (e-mail) account.

3. Points System

Earning Points

1. 1 point = 1 CZK actually paid for goods.
2. Points are not awarded for shipping, payment fees or services.
3. For orders paid in EUR, points are converted according to the exchange rate stated on the invoice.

Crediting of Points

1. Points are credited 30 days after the order date.
2. Points are credited only for delivered and non-returned goods.

Validity of Points

1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited.
2. After this period, unused points expire without compensation.

Start

• Shipping discount – CZK 50 for orders over CZK 1,000

Bronze

• 2% discount on the entire assortment
• Shipping discount – CZK 75
• Extended warranty of 30 months

Silver

• 5% discount on the entire assortment
• Shipping discount – CZK 150
• Extended warranty of 30 months

Gold

• 10% discount on the entire assortment
• Shipping discount – CZK 150 on all orders
• Extended warranty of 30 months

6. Extended Warranty – FARE FAMILY CLUB (FFC)

1. The extended FARE FAMILY CLUB warranty is 30 months and applies exclusively to FARE brand footwear purchased by a Program member.
2. The FFC warranty applies only:
   1. if the member was classified at the time of purchase as Bronze, Silver or Gold,
   2. to goods purchased after reaching the relevant membership level.
3. The scope, method of claiming and exclusions of the FFC warranty are governed by the Operator’s General Terms and Conditions and Complaints Procedure.
4. The FFC warranty does not replace statutory consumer rights but constitutes their extension beyond the legal minimum.

7. Combination of Discounts and Exclusions

1. Club discounts may be combined with a birthday voucher unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
2. Club discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless expressly stated otherwise by the Operator.
3. Club discounts, birthday vouchers and other FARE FAMILY CLUB benefits cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers.
4. No points are credited to the member’s points account for the purchase of gift vouchers.
5. Gift vouchers are not considered goods within the meaning of these Program Terms.
6. The Operator reserves the right to determine that certain Program benefits do not apply to selected products or services, which will always be communicated before the order is completed.

8. Termination of Membership

1. A member may terminate their membership at any time by cancelling their customer account.
2. The Operator is entitled to terminate membership in the event of:
   1. violation of these terms or the General Terms and Conditions,
   2. abuse of Program benefits,
   3. suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Upon termination of membership, all unused points and claims to benefits expire without compensation.

9. Final Provisions

1. The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time.
2. Members will be informed of material changes to the Program via the e-shop or by e-mail.
3. Participation in the Program is always governed by the version of the terms and conditions valid at the time a specific benefit is used.
4. These terms and conditions become effective on 1 February 2026.
